Al acceder y utilizar Listeo.ai (en adelante, "el Servicio"), aceptas quedar vinculado por estos Términos del Servicio. Si no estás de acuerdo con alguna parte de estos términos, no podrás acceder al Servicio.

3. Descripción del Servicio

Listeo.ai es una aplicación web que permite:

• Crear playlists musicales utilizando inteligencia artificial
• Convertir playlists entre Spotify y YouTube
• Fusionar y combinar playlists existentes
• Descubrir música basada en artistas y géneros

4. Requisitos de Edad

Al utilizar el Servicio, declaras y garantizas que tienes al menos 18 años de edad. No recopilamos conscientemente información de menores de edad.

5. Coste del Servicio

Actualmente, Listeo.ai es un servicio gratuito. Sin embargo, nos reservamos el derecho de:

• Incluir contenido patrocinado en el futuro
• Mostrar anuncios personalizados basados en la información del usuario
• Introducir funcionalidades premium de pago

Cualquier cambio en el modelo de precios será notificado con al menos dos semanas de antelación.

6. Uso Permitido

Te comprometes a utilizar el Servicio únicamente para fines personales y no comerciales, y de acuerdo con estos Términos y la legislación aplicable.

7. Usos Prohibidos

Queda expresamente prohibido:

• Uso comercial: Utilizar el Servicio para fines comerciales sin autorización expresa
• Automatización: Usar bots, scrapers o cualquier sistema automatizado para acceder al Servicio
• Compartir cuentas: Compartir credenciales de acceso con terceros
• Abuso del sistema: Intentar hackear, sobrecargar o interferir con el funcionamiento del Servicio
• Contenido ilegal: Utilizar el Servicio para crear o distribuir contenido ilegal
• Eludir restricciones: Intentar eludir las limitaciones técnicas del Servicio

8. Servicios de Terceros

Listeo.ai se integra con servicios de terceros, incluyendo:

• Spotify: Para la creación y gestión de playlists
• YouTube (Google): Para la conversión y creación de playlists de vídeo
• Google Gemini: Para la generación de playlists mediante IA

El uso de estos servicios está sujeto a sus propios términos y condiciones. Te recomendamos revisar:

9. Limitación de Responsabilidad

El Servicio se proporciona "tal cual" y "según disponibilidad", sin garantías de ningún tipo, expresas o implícitas.

Listeo S.L. no será responsable de:

• Pérdida de playlists o datos musicales
• Interrupciones o fallos en los servicios de terceros (Spotify, YouTube, Google)
• Daños indirectos, incidentales o consecuentes derivados del uso del Servicio
• Inexactitudes en las sugerencias generadas por la inteligencia artificial

10. Propiedad Intelectual

10.1. Propiedad de Listeo

Todo el código, diseño, logotipos, marcas y contenido de Listeo.ai son propiedad exclusiva de Listeo S.L. y están protegidos por las leyes de propiedad intelectual.

10.2. Contenido del Usuario

Las playlists que crees utilizando el Servicio están sujetas a los términos de las plataformas donde se almacenan (Spotify o YouTube). Listeo S.L. no reclama ningún derecho de propiedad sobre tu contenido musical.

11. Modificaciones de los Términos

Nos reservamos el derecho de modificar estos Términos en cualquier momento. Los cambios serán notificados:

• Con un mínimo de dos semanas de antelación
• Mediante aviso en la aplicación o por email

El uso continuado del Servicio tras la notificación de cambios constituye la aceptación de los nuevos términos.

12. Suspensión y Terminación

12.1. Por parte del usuario

Puedes dejar de usar el Servicio en cualquier momento desconectando tus cuentas de Spotify y YouTube.

12.2. Por parte de Listeo

Nos reservamos el derecho de suspender o cancelar tu acceso al Servicio si:

• Incumples estos Términos del Servicio
• Realizas un uso abusivo o fraudulento
• Tu conducta perjudica a otros usuarios o al Servicio

13. Legislación Aplicable y Jurisdicción

Estos Términos se rigen por la legislación española. Para cualquier controversia derivada de estos Términos, las partes se someten a los Juzgados y Tribunales de Pontevedra, renunciando a cualquier otro fuero que pudiera corresponderles.

Listeo.ai is a web application that allows you to:

4. Age Requirements

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.

5. Service Cost

Currently, Listeo.ai is a free service. However, we reserve the right to:

• Include sponsored content in the future
• Display personalized advertisements based on user information
• Introduce premium paid features

Any changes to the pricing model will be notified at least two weeks in advance.

9. Limitation of Liability

Listeo S.L. shall not be liable for:

• Loss of playlists or music data

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service
• Inaccuracies in suggestions generated by artificial intelligence

10. Intellectual Property

10.1. Listeo's Property

All code, design, logos, trademarks, and content of Listeo.ai are the exclusive property of Listeo S.L. and are protected by intellectual property laws.

10.2. User Content

Playlists you create using the Service are subject to the terms of the platforms where they are stored (Spotify or YouTube). Listeo S.L. does not claim any ownership rights over your music content.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be notified:

• With a minimum of two weeks advance notice
• Via in-app notification or email

Continued use of the Service after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Suspension and Termination

12.1. By the user

You can stop using the Service at any time by disconnecting your Spotify and YouTube accounts.

12.2. By Listeo

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service if:

• You breach these Terms of Service
• You engage in abusive or fraudulent use
• Your conduct harms other users or the Service

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute arising from these Terms, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Pontevedra, Spain, waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply.
